PRE-ORDER | This fly box was made by Al Swanson Studio in collaboration with fourOsix using sustainably harvested black walnut. Each piece is carefully selected, shaped, inlaid with resin and finished with a water-resistant varnish for protection in the elements. The foam inserts hold your tied treasures secure, and can be easily replaced if needed.

Each box includes a Royal Wullf, Papu’s (the founder of fourOsix) favorite dry fly pattern. This fly is showcased on the outside of the box. Our hope is that you will connect with our shared love of fly fishing on Montana waters or where ever your adventures take you.

The red colored inlay was chosen to represent the attractive belly of the Royal Wullf dry fly. The clear inlay (looks black) is translucent and when in direct light shows the unique wood grain… a small window into the depths of the wood.

Please allow two weeks for orders to be fulfilled. These handmade items take 10 days to produce and then they will be shipped.
